Progress isn't a straight line. Learning to cope with changes and setbacks without giving up is key to creating a mindset that will motivate you to come back stronger. The Fitness Phase is all about what works for you. Your sessions take place in my fully equipped home facility, at your home, local gym, or an outdoor location. If your schedule keeps you busy or away from home a lot, you can also set up online training sessions and motivation calls. |
